The project is located in Üsküdar, one of the administrative regions in Asian Istanbul. The region directly overlooks The Bosporus Strait. Üsküdar is famous for its coastal road that extends over the Bosporus and hosts within its view the well-known landmarks of Istanbul, the Maiden's Tower, making the region an ideal touristic attraction for wanderers from all over the world. The project region covers numerous luxurious residential compounds, shopping malls, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as well-known academic centers over Turkey like Üsküdar Private University and Üsküdar American Highschool.
